Methodology
SynAcc’s Training Methodology has been structured to impart world class training and enrich one’s skills in a very customized and easy-to-understand manner. Depending on the process specific module or customized one, the methodology applied takes into consideration the core requirements of the trainees, and the expected outcome at the completion of the module.
For Client training requirements, we follow a 4-phased approach as given below:

- Assessment & Feedback
Our Learning Center Trainees undergo the following process:
- Pre-Training Assessment and subsequent segregation of the Trainees based on their current knowledge levels.
- Customized Training Modules for each segregated group, in order to provide the required training as depicted by the Pre-Training Assessment.
- Assessment and Feedback throughout the Training Module and a Final Assessment to obtain the Training Certificate.
We understand that the right use of training tools and technology is imperative to obtain the highest levels of the learning among the trainees and also for the latter to retain the learning. That is why, our trainers use various processes like Vibrant training content, Audio Visual Aids, Interactive Environment, Experience Sharing, Role Plays, Oral & Written Exercises, Group Activities, Games, Simulations, etc to ensure that each Individual goes through an unique and innovative learning process, and is empowered to learn and retain for life.
Assessment & Feedback
SynAcc conducts a Pre-Training assessment based on the Training Plan and Module, and offers a customized training solution to the trainee groups. Assessments are conducted throughout the course module, in order to evaluate individual learning and a Final Assessment is conducted at the end of the training to understand the learning delta i.e. the actual improvement of an individual from his or her pre-training knowledge level. The Assessment methods differ based on the training module.
After Assessment, every Individual is provided feedback on a one-on-one basis, and as required, a Developmental Plan is shared.
Training Team
All the members of our core Training Team are CELTA certified and bring with them years of training experience in the related industry. CELTA or Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults is a Teaching Certification awarded by Cambridge ESOL, part of the world-famous University of Cambridge, and is a widely accepted Certification by organizations across the world.
Every Trainer, on joining SynAcc, goes through a rigorous Assessment, gets certified through CELTA, and undergoes a Train-the-Trainer program for the SynAcc Training Modules, before conducting a training session. Trainers also go through a continuous learning process, so that their skills are further enhanced for the benefit of our clients and trainees.
